Port Harcourt Women

I was looking through some photos from my trip to Africa, remembering the sweetness and spunk in the ladies who befriended there. It has been about four years, but these photos still spring forth so much emotion and memory for me--mostly of a lot of sweating, laughing hysterically, and eating fried plantains. 

I am thankful for these women who made me feel welcome away from my home. 

What a beautiful gift that we can give to others.

I was looking through old photos recently and stumbled upon some shining faces from my trip to Nigeria. It's so good to remember these times of adventure, travel, and learning when I feel I've been so caught up life lately. It makes my life worth while to remember other worlds like this one.
