Mornings on the Coast

Today I snuck out of the house early and drove to the coast.

The fog was thick and I soaked up all the sea treasures around me. The salty air, squishy anemones, trails of endless bird tracks and the soothing roar of the ocean. Everything analogous of His love for us.

These little things will never grow common to me. I grew up in land-locked Dallas and I feel so much wonder here along the sea. And it is here I remember that I can allow myself to be still, to fail, to receive His grace and to be found by Him.

April Inspiration

Hello, April.

I love the article (top left) about simple things to help you stay happy. Selfless is the best medicine.
This wedding style has me goose pimpled (middle). The classic style is making a come-back.
Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated on this day in 1968.
I am thankful for the existence of world-shapers and shakers.
The photographs of Katerina Plotnikova are insane. She uses real animals in these ethereal scenes.
The dreamiest. Any falconers want to do a photo shoot?
Wolves and Cay-otes. Inspired by the wild and untamed bits of life as a human photographer.
I'm so inspired by the  ups, downs, and middles and the beauty in them. I love it all.
Matt and I just found the Indiana Jones series on VHS for $2.50. That's right VHS.

Instagram love of the month: camillestyles. Follow her lovely feed.

Have you seen this? Thankful for my long red hair this month.
I looked up 'ghostbusters theme' to play on my ukulele and stumbled upon this man.
I think I like his playing and not his pants? What about all those stuffed animals on the bed?
Oh, I just don't know what to think.

I am in love with Gwyneth's book, that I mentioned earlier. This week starts a life of cleaner, happier eating for us.
Before I one day become a mom and struggle changing a whole family's habits.
My icebox looks so happy and green with local, strange veggies!

Matt and I have our 2nd anniversary on Monday! Hooray for being married
and spending everyday with my best friend. I love our adventures together.

I hope this month finds you with buckets of rain, bright green growing things,
and a sense of something wild bursting out of your hearts, into your daily routines.
